"Dean Pappas has been my parents' insurance agent for more than 40 years. About a year ago, my mom's memory began slipping and I had to take over their finances. Although it took me a little while to get their bills caught up, I never had to worry about one of their policies lapsing because Susan (Dean's assistant) would either call or send me a personal email reminder. She also thoroughly answered all of my questions and was very compassionate and understanding about my parents' situation. If you call during business hours, either Susan or Sandra actually answer their phone. They don't leave you on hold, transfer you to 10 different "specialists" with broken English who can't resolve your issue after 2 1/2 hours on the phone (it's happened to me several times with AT&T)."

"Was 10+ year client with no claims. Called with question about rates and was treated with hostility. It was such an out of the blue reaction to basic questions. Left me feeling regretful that I gave him my business for so long. I don't know if he was just having a bad day that particular day, or what. Suffice it to say that I am no longer a client."
